| Company Name | If you have multiple accounts with Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. you can select the account from the company search page. You can use the company, the Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. account numbers or find by entering a portion of the information and the click on the SEARCH button. You can also leave the information lines blank and click on the search button to show all locations |
| Products | The menu bar search allows you to find Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. product by selecting various filters. Once you see the item that you are interested in you can click on the thumbnail or the product number to bring up the product detail page. |
| Close Outs | Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. offers, from time to time, products that are being discontinued from its product line. These products are shown at a net price and no further discounts are offered. |
| Specials | Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. offers, from time to time, limited marked down priced goods. These products are only available for a short time and then the price will return to their normal pricing. |
| Shopping Cart | This is the online ordering system. Selecting products to add to the cart can be done from the PRODUCT DETAIL page, from the WISH LIST products, from the MY PROCUCTS lists or by going directly to the SHOPPING CART and entering the Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. item number to the Product window. |
| View Cart | This button takes you to the shopping cart where you can see the items that you have selected or so that you can enter the items that you want to order. |
| Wish List | This is a list of products that you may want to view later, be able to quickly reorder, create a quote or just products that you have interest in. You can create multiple wish lists by clicking on the wish list menu bar. |
| My Products | This is the list of products that have been set up in Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. systems for your account. If you want products added so that anyone From your company logging into Directspg.com will see them please contact Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. sales department. |
| Orders Menu | The orders menu allows you to see you order status, get shipping information, tracking numbers, and the search allows you to look back to orders from 2004 and forward. |
| Recent Orders | This menu brings up orders that have been placed in the last 3 months or 100 orders. |
| Open Orders | This shows any orders still open in the Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. system. |
| Shipped Orders | This allows you to see the shipments made in your accounts including numbers of cartons, tracking numbers and shipping information. |
| Held Orders | This shows any orders that are on hold in the Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. system. |
| Addresses | This is a list of the alternate shipping address. |

| Other Terms: |
| Copy all | This copies all the products from a shopping cart to a wish List or from a wish list to a shopping cart. This however does not remove the items from the location. |
| Move All | This moves all the items from the location to the location selected. It does not leave the product in the location. |
| De-select company | If you are logged into a location and want to switch to a different account Click on the company select button and then click on the deselect company bar. Then you can select the next account that you want to review or place orders for. |
| Proceed to Check out | When you have the items that you want in your Shopping Cart, click on the Checkout button. This is the final process to complete your Sherpa Pet Group, LLC. order. This shows the items, the total price and the bill to and ship to information. If you do not fill in the correct information you will not be able to complete the order. The system will show you the lines that need information. If you have not completed the final Complete process you can return to the products pages and add more items to your cart. |
